I maybe 100% wrong and please tell me if I am.

As investors don't we have the right to know what we are invested in?

When I first bought into DUSS I knew it was an apparel company working toward a merger or acquisition. Now I have no idea what I am invested in. That to me is the most frustrating part. Are we still invested in apparel company or are we a mining company, not clear to me. Are we DUSS still or are we this new company? Not afraid of the dark, just don't like being left in it!
