Hangout's Admin are the ones who set the TOS and other rules. Mods can't ban anyone. That comes from IH Admin. They are know to remove individuals from a board or the entire site if they threaten them or the site.
What I really like about IH's site is that they don't support the lying filth and groups who have the obvious bias and support of the iscam admin. There is nothing wrong with negative discussion. But Chasing Stars and his team only allow factual links to negative information, not the fabricated bs and lies found on most other sites. the pump and dump crews are just as bad as the agenda driven lying filth crews. Both groups have the agenda to steal individuals money. It's a vicious arena, the pinksheets, so the faster MPIX can uplist to the QB, and higher over time, the better for honest and hard working investors.
