CTIX never had any ownership of KARD or the Kard IP. So, however Menon chose to structure or restructure KARD has no bearing on CTIX current or potential value.
What is important is that Menon and Leo are taking action to monetize the CTIX assets, and that is being done.
Back in August Leo used "transformational" to describe the events taking place and we know that 7 new employees were added to CTIX (some from KARD).
I see the company as solidly "on track" and no reason to doubt Leo's actions to date.
I accept that there are better stock market performers at any given moment... that will always be the case.
