I posted that over a year ago.  I knew that they would not let us make any money and would nationalize any oil that we found.  A promise is a promise though they should help the folks like they said they would.  What is a few computers and a couple of improvements to schools a such.  Also If we are going to leave we should plug the wells and clean up.  It is professional and other Countries are watching what we are doing including the USA.
