Most are waiting for the #'s guidance with the issuance of the coming SEC Form10K. The certificate after legend removal and deposit with a broker takes time and most of those will not be available until after the first of the year. So, most will be waiting and then see that 10K and know for sure they will wait for the up-listing… for those who missed this entire housebuilding exercise, oh well. After the homes are built on solid foundations, the HOA always comes in last picking on maintenance issues like bad paint and a broken sprinkler pissing in the street or a busted window. Too late for all that. CDFT is moving outta the damn neighborhood.
