I've never been involved or seen this before..... Ship of fools.
In my family I have many attorneys. Family has also worked in Federal Court where TECO's BK case is.
The action brought in the involuntary BK petition is about as foolish as it gets. These folks are crash dummies. A Federal Judge is just about as smart as they come. There isn't anyone going to past him/her with a game.
