Hmmm.... Treaty seems to be in court a lot more than other e&p public companies, and this crap is totally avoidable for a company that complies/ no judgment just a factual % vs 1000's of  the norm , "just in Texas" alone! IMO and I'm not the lone ranger.kimosabe
