"Magically posted"?   No, someone asked JBI IR to comment on it and pasted the answer.  Nothing magical.  Normal, common sense stuff.  You know, ask questions, get answers.

If you don't believe it, then why even ask about it (especially on a message board)?  Mental illness defined?  Call the DEC to get their take on it.
