What they have panther is the quintessential bad faith filing and the judge knows it....
They didn't do their homework, a pro se attorney at the last minute, most don't show up for court, some show up and don't testify. When 1 did testify he looked like moron.
And then they make the biggest mistake of all, they come to New Orleans to run a game on a judge and a company home based in NOLA. What idiots.
