As far as I know, I-Hub was not a petitioner in the involuntary bankruptcy, ergo they are not a party now. However, WINNING  is always good.

I would be interested to know how damages are being calcualated against the petitioners. What elements will the judge being looking for. In this action we were the respondents, although the court is now acting on our petition to re-open for the narrow purpose of determining damages against the original petitoners. Just BK talk.  Oiljob
