This strategy will not only AGGRESSIVELY restructure the company without a reverse, but will increase the upside potential to shareholders three fold, transferring control over future dilution and funding to HIMR shareholders." Now you stock wizards should be able to read between the lines here and figure this strategy out-I can't but I'm sure some of you could if you put your brain in gear. But I like the positive attitude of this statement!   JB
