The 200SMA on a daily is now sitting at 0297.  Me thinks 0301 was close enough for govt work to say the 200 was touched.  It will continue to grind upwards with the type of trading we've had the last few days.  Hit the ask until the dilutors are satisfied!!  Watch the bids come in then as folks realize they just missed the bottom trench of low 03s as it drifts away...release the hounds!!
