The pro se attorney asked for case not to be reopened. The Judge denied his motion.

We are asking for a full blown hearing to present evidence as to damages. There will be emails presented, posts, and expert testimony should the Judge grant the next stage of the process.

This won't happen today but will happen at the next hearing barring any delays by motion on the plaintiffs part.
