ACDU holding 15% stake in the company Accredited Transcription Corp. ATC currently on going trial with the PATENT infringement with Apple Inc. and Google Inc. plus others and is seeking either royalties on sales of devices that use the patent, licensing fees for the technology, or injunctions preventing any further user of the technology.
