They get what they earned. What they did was a criminal attempt to use the BK code to cause undo harm to us. They were petty fools and now they have to face the consequences. Whatever the judge sees fit.
The judge is not blind. He can easily see that a pro se 300 dollar action caused all of the damages. This was clearly abuse of the BK code and the judge needs to send a message to the next set of jesters contemplating such foolishness.
