One thing I can add, when I first invested in CTIX I wrote Leo about my concerns regarding his association with NNVC management and what looked like convoluted relationships between them all. I did not want to invest if there was any current relationship between NNVC and CTIX. Leo told me there is not.  I consider NNVC execs 'lifestyle' management to the max and possibly more than that.  I heard want I needed from Leo that there allowed for a clear going into CTIX back in the .30s.  These major concerns that folks bring up as doubt and reason to sell or lower their positions is IMO, sheer speculations without knowledge of the reasons.

Why not write Leo and ask about these issues and stuff that sweetens the pot for him?  Expecting them not to protect their family and self in whatever legal way possible is good sense. Some go from CEO of the decade to 'another' dirty harry CEO pretty quickly!
