Chart is important because whether investors confidence is high or low, if indicators are getting damaged then recovery will take much much longer and if they remain good, investors or momo(last resort) can push it up easily.. Im not talking about chart technicals, im talking about the indicators. PPS can be manipulated but you can't manipulate indicators. As long as they remain solid we are good, but if investor confidence disappears, momo will jump on this..thats a difference between pennies and big league stocks, just need to keep indicators in good shape no matter what
