I hear you, it's good to have some checks and balances, and friends can and should help. Another consideration I had on these new disclosures: they are exactly that - disclosures, required to increase the transparency of operations that my have some strings leading to or from CTIX. Disclosures made to grease the skids on our trip to the NYSE. So these could be a good sign. I would have been suprised if none of these types of things existed for a couple of wealthy business men that had been at it for decades. The challenge is determining if there is potential for damage to CTIX. I don't have any reason to think so. If CTIX sells the Kevetrin patent to another company for a dollar, I'll run. But if the asset values and progess of Cellceutix continue on their well-managed trajectory, I'm not missing out on the potental here.
