the 100 share sells are illegal.  if someone screen prints a copy of the l2, from several times douring the day and sends it the sec, something may get done about it sometime next decade
they had an issue with it on another stock i own SUTI  they mentioned it in a sticky note in thier iflub board and i believe it solved the issue
