We have read much about TECO over years. We paid much higher prices for shares due to buying into what turned out to be unattainable milesones and/or false information. It's no wonder some of us are out of powder or just won't buy TECO until there is some proven success. Maybe 10Q3 shows improvement but we still wait and the 10K should start to show quarter over quarter improvements. If not then ..................
