Hey EY, thanks as always, that's what it is.  I don't necessarily understand it all, but I'm pretty sure you're right.  The Fouch thing, WTF?  Let me guess,  he's at the bottom of the swamp and it cost money to distance yourself.  If so, it sucks, but it's a new beginning, so it sounds.  It's all good!  : )
