One would expect the iEquity Corp investors ("no person or entity holds more than 10%")  to be in this for very large returns. In the event of a takeover bid, which I think very likely down the road due to exponential growth inevitable for this new market, it would behoove those iEquity investors to hold the controlling preferred shares. That would give their group much more bargaining power and also head off a lowball bid from succeeding.
