Pro... I believe their intentions were all good and that was to really force any and all shorts to cover.  It was premature however and they should have just built the business.  The other thing is... if we had only 100MM to 200MM shares I'd fully agree with the 3:1 forward split.  Honestly, reducing it to a 2:1 would be the best scenario at this point.

I do believe they have some surprises up their sleeves over the next 60 days.  I don't know what but they have too much at stake and too much potential in this company to treat it as a regular pinky.
