I did not update anyone on this because there was no reason to do so.  It is a minor change in direction. It is a decision we made as a team based on the type of momentum we where experiencing in Miami.  The new show has already received 10 times the product placement sponsorship dollars then the Miami based one. The other shows we are doing are all much larger then what we worked on before we owned the network.  Everything has change with the scale increasing across the board.

As far as the question from paulyb... I don't deal with dirt bags. You have been abusing our shareholders for months now on your home board. Don't get confused and think because I am the CEO of a company, I will bite my tongue and let people like you walk all over us. Not going to happen.

I also read that post by another CEO. I agree with him. I will say this though.  I will not let the dirt bags win. Rich, Charlie, plutus, Paulyb give it your best shot.  Only thing your lies do is scare the week shareholders out and put shares in strong hands.  I have the best seat in the house and with what we are working on we will steam roll right over your lies and slander.  You can not stop us.

BTW... We bought the Punch TV Assets. Just the assets. There is  no debt at all included.
