I imagine Bill Gates was heavily in debt when he started Microsoft. Most all new businesses face initial debt just to get their doors open. But once they are rolling, producing revenue and paying off debts, then they can start re-investing in their company debt-free and growing-just the nature of doing business. I believe our second concession will be a whole new ballgame. If we can get through Lake Bayano, pay off our debts, then we will be in great shape. I would imagine our management team is as anxious as we are to see some money coming in-they probably need a pay day.
