I was TOS marking defamatory and libelous statements against EWSI and iFLub admin Shelly sent me the link I posted at the bottom...with no explanation at all.
To which I responded with this..."I believe defamatory is listed in the TOS as well...or do I have to get a lawyer and judge for that too?"
She then responded with..."Yes, when a judge of competent jurisdiction declares something as liable or defamation, then we will take any ruling under advisement."
So...basically iHub protects malevolent posters and, as you are well aware, members who refute these baseless claims often have their posts deleted.
For some reason when I post the link here it doesn't work. Anyway...Check section 2.14 under "FAQ DELETIONS AND RESTORES."
