This piece of information was very surprising. I had thought only Congress could change the classification. It leads to the question of why Schedule 1 class hasn't been changed despite all the campaign rhetoric. Schedule 1 is the core reason why medical cannabis is in federal jeopardy. That classification is as undeserved as can be. How disappointing is this?
