TECO-IR/Treaty and BULL are walking a fine line in the realm of information dissemination, to say the least.  Best IMO to leave the play by play and the color commentary as they are... in the hands of seperate broadcasters.  The separation of church and state is not the issue IMO.  (pardon the mixed metaphors). BULL is a shareholder, literally with skin in the game no doubt.  Can't imagine he hasn't banged up a knuckle or two from rig work or tire changes, lol.  JMO.  GLTA!  $TECO
