Hogg, there won't be "bad news" but just no news on anything "bad".  How many times have we seen TECO advertise a false start or failure?  They brush over it months later and only if they are asked.  Yet they seem to think they are achieving damage control.  Damage control is a recovered .03 PPS and not ongoing delays, advertising bad dates, not disclosing data due to NDA's.  Cripes, I question if these NDA's are on purpose so when failure does come; the NDA protects the failure!  No problem because if not successful it will all come out in the wash albeit years from now.  TECO NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR MANY REASONS!
