$.50 is way too low in my opinion. That makes the offer effectively $350 million. Sk3 should be in the early billions in market cap. I would love to know the price of a dose of Dharmanol, dosage required per patient on a yearly basis, and number of estimated patients that have a written prescriptions for cancer therapy. From here one can estimate the pps. I'd bet Dharmanol alone gets us into the billions market cap.
