Let me add, shareholders coming into TECO now possibly can't lose.  We longs know  W. Texas holds some promise based on a new business plan and supposedly  the 10Q3 and the 10K looking better than past filings.  The stroking and the ride that loyal shareholders have been taken on over 2-3 years is unconscionable.  Imagine buying all the shares you purchased at these levels vs those 7's,  6's, 5's, 4's, 3's, 2's, 1's.  Wasn't TECO going to "produce oil in Belize" on any given day or week?  Weren't numerous leases being bought up i.e. four pads being developed? Every time I re-read the 2012 PR's I get in this mood that............................
