Well here it is in black and white as they say except for the fact that this is black and red. Yesterday they were looking for 100 shares so they could take it down as usual and could come up wit no more than 15. Those small orders some of us are putting out there are taking it's toll. What you see is plainly illegal but no reason for concern. Since it does not make shares cheaper it does not help us. The last price means zero to us. The strong shareholders of TelVue will simply sit and hold and continue to add when they can Nothing changes here. Just a deminstration of stupid..
