I have not been able to find any connection between
Donald Latson and Jervis. May not be looking in right
places. Donald Latson is president and CEO of
JDB Counseling.
The thing I cannot figure out is why a CEO/Lawyer
Alberto would write a contract on behalf of the company
he works for automatically giving up 53% of the rights
to the company. There should have been some kind
of stipulations that would have prevented this.
