Donald E. Latson and Dale Davis are the Directors and Officers of DUSS.
Dec 12 the filing states:
Alberto is the Sole Director of DUSS
So who was the "1" person who owns 53% of the stock who voted out all shareholders for a reverse split?
Who is the "1" person who after the name changes in less than 24 hours is still making the 800:1 reverse split happen?
I think Alberto just messed with the wrong people
