Some good points.
All shareholders of the company (vast majority) are aware of the complaint against the company at this point.
Volume continues to be very light relative to the float. Only 500K traded today.
I really wouldn't be surprised if announcements for the resolution of the DTC complaint and CE Marking occur at the same time/very close to each other.
