Isn't there a good chance that they discovered after the fact that it would not be as easy as they thought? AEGY has a lot of issues and past convertibles needing cleaned up and a Chill. I am not saying that it's right but I think in their haste to get rolling quickly they made some bad judgments. Maybe I am too forgiving or optimistic but I do know that at this point a lawsuit would just set us back if not crash us. A question for the board: Did anyone think they would get rich overnight and truly believe that? Everyone keeps saying there long but in my eyes that's longer than a year. I give them 1 year, then I will evaluate. Just my 2 cents
