filed a DEF14C increasing the companies amount of shares to
200,000,000 and changed the name of Mascot Ventures to
Emoneco, Inc, Now he magically appears on the board of directors
of DUSS and we have a RS of 800 to 1 and changed the companies
name to Prospect Ventures. Who is this guy? What is he doing?
There are some more questions that need to be answered.
