No active court proceedings. Nope there sure aren't. Except fictional ones on the BGL website. Can't wait for them to take the official hit on Cinco Minas .... if there are no assets .... why is there a provision for the loss they will have to take when they finally acknowledge they lost the case on their accounts .... if there are no assets ... what is the discussion here all about? If there are no assets ... what is registered on the Mexican Mining Registry?
Does that mean ... in that case that the contract that BGL disputes ... is also fictional .... if so .. what has the court case been about ... or maybe that was fiction too?
