It's warmer in Belize! Oh wait; we have problems their as well in spite of the warmer weather!  IT'S ALWAYS FOCKING SOMETHING! Hire extra hands, where some focking gloves and a heavy coat, provide the incentives for folks like you to get er done and simply get er done.  Not that your not working hard enough as it is but I'm sure you could be provided more incentive since I can't imagine the PPS is currently providing the incentive.  I would call Reid or Gwyn and ask them to come out and slip on some overalls!  Personally I'd be in bed with my wife sipping coffee and smoking a bowl of Fruit Loops! LOL!
