I don't know any of you personally. And I do not intend to disrespect anyone.
I think the 400M stock issued from the treasury (dilution) gave control to Jervis. Once that transaction happened, all bets are off the table pertaining to "no dilution" since the old Dussault Apparel company no longer exists.
Prospect Venture is the new name to fit the nature of the new business plan. Tailings mining etc.
I just got to see WTF is going to happen next.
