Got to sell to wipe "US" out. I'm not sure any longs here are taking anything lying down so don't lick your chops just yet. In fact I'm pretty sure that an R/S is going to require a cert pull from the T/A and therefore all shares will need to be accounted for. Hmmmm that would mean a lot of short covering to take place prior to the R/S date.

Longs really have nothing to fear here because as long as we don't sell we can maintain the PPS and upon r/s value remains the same only the share count changes. However, if one is short their borrowed position would need to be covered in order for the T/A and the company to accurately account for all shares to all beneficial shareholders.
