The Janes Card PR says this. "The Company expects a nationwide rollout sometime in the first half of 2014."
This is a pretty big departure for SK3. Any "nationwide" talk has been previously associated with PharmaJanes only. It's tough to make assumptions with anything here, but can we assume that they aren't going to be initially focused on CA collectives?
