4kids, should have clarify but what I was getting at is that the company will be out of $ thus dilution required etc. However, based on the AGM (which I though was very informative), it appears they will only require one more round of Financing as the processor appears to have minimal issue, which was encouraging!

The only other question I have is how much HTF is required for each gallon produced to get an idea of future cost of sales (know it is dependent on the feedstock but was hoping they could provide an average estimate).
