The PPS didn't reflect any progress since another red day.  You should have called the newswire and PR'd the progress!  LOL!  I feel real good about their ability to "drill" the Kubacaks by 12/31.  TECO has instilled so much confidence in their ability to hit a date that I'm as confident about the Kubacaks as I am about Santa Claus climbing down my chimney and leaving a Ferrari in my living room!
