If it weren't for Berkeley Bio, worth many millions of dollars going forward, I'd sell SK in a New York minute. The holdovers from the old regime can't get out of their own way. If they had any inclinations to help the company, they'd resign and make room for competent managers. With that news the stock would fly.

However, Berkeley Bio, SK3's 100% owned subsidiary,  is too creative and productive an asset for an investor not to hold a large and accumulating position in SKTO. BB is a labor of genius and love that will help relieve the sufferings of countless thousands of people, at affordable costs, and generate fortunes for investors and principals. It's also potentially a candidate for acquisition down the road in my view. 

There has never in modern history been a better time to be positioned in producers, purveyors, licensors or licensees of innovative and much needed medical cannabis products.
