Let me restate, that if we do not hear anything by the end of next week, and come the monday after we are still trading. Two things have happened.
1. we are cleared and robert does not want to announce it yet, if there is a master plan in mind, which can only be a good thing
2. we have received an extension of 10 days, which again, is only a good thing, if the information robert provides is enough to have the dtcc need more time to re-evaluate that, to me, means it will most likely mean a clearing will happen.
Like the DTCC has clearly stated, if this was an clear issue of violation, SNDY would not have received a notice, they would have been locked and then notified why they were locked. Rather, they informed them there is potential, please clear this up with us, and we can all move forward.
