I hope Benz is reading this. The holdovers put www.janescard.com in the PR announcing the Janes Card™ rollout, but didn't take precaution of first checking to make sure that the link worked. It doesn't, and it still isn't fixed. This is inexcusable, and these dummies should be driven out the company on a rail. Can't they get anything right? How many excuses must be invented  for their damaging incompetence? It's another self-inflicted wound in a long string of same.
