Good Morning All.  Sounds like good news this morning.  GM, I suspect you will have an interesting talk with Jason this morning if he returns your call.  It doesn't sound as though all the details of the Class C share restructure are worked out as yet, and from what I am reading, it does not effect any other Class C shareholders.  Maybe pictures will be posted next?
