Deal is done and filed!!  Facilities are being reset to allow for a rapid increase of feedstock.  We're on our way to becoming a much larger company folks.  At least 5M minimum gross revs will be accomplished over the course of the next 12 months.  My guess is this number will be much higher.

The next filing we should see will be for the financing side of the equation = TCA Global.  That will be out this week as well.

Company is doing what they say, and saying what they're doing.  Very cool.
