Thank you for sharing Nano.  But, Sh!t.  I interpret #6 as "We have not started interviewing for a BOD because the share price is not stable and over $2.  Once it is we will start making some headway."  I hope I am wrong, but my gut instinct is that we are still a way off from up-listing.  Being in the long position I guess that shouldn't bother me too much, but I wanted my long position to be 2-3 years not 4-6, and I am about to roll into year three in 2014.
